Tree Capital SA is an alternative investment services and consultancy company founded in Geneva in 2018.
As a professional and qualified investor, we are disciplined to advise our client’s investments by offering them comprehensive financial consultancy services. Moreover, we consult on family governance and the establishment of family trusts, helping to ensure intergenerational wealth transmission and growth.
While the businesses of our partners are anchored in the Middle East, we mostly work internationally, largely in the United States and Europe. Our objective is to enable clients to preserve capital and create wealth through strategic investment decisions including real estate acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and other types of shareholdings with the ambition to generate sustainable income tailored to their needs and risk appetites.

A Team of Professionals
Micky Chebli
Micky is the managing partner of Tree Capital. A seasoned investment banker with over 30 years of experience, he headed the Capital Markets at Audi bank and managed its trading desk. His banking background also includes Saudi Fransi Bank and Republic National Bank of NY in Montreal. Micky holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from HEC Montreal and an MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA).
Jean-Pierre Bettin
Jean-Pierre has been working in multiple financial or industrial institutions for over 25 years. He currently manages Tree Capital in terms of administrative, tax and financial matters, supervising compliance and anti-money laundering audit. Jean-Pierre also serves on boards of wealth management, industrial and M&A companies. He holds a master’s degree in Finance and Controlling and two diplomas as a Swiss expert for accounting, controlling and federal accountant.
Jean-Claude Chebli
Jean-Claude acts as an external legal counsel of Tree Capital. He has an extensive and international experience in drafting and managing contracts, litigation and legal aspects related to commercial and corporate law. A member in good standing of the Bar of the Province of Quebec, Canada, Jean-Claude has extensively worked with the Montreal Superior Court judges and did collaborate with the Ministry of Justice of Quebec in considering, studying and writing some amendments to the Civil Act and its regulations. Jean-Claude holds a degree in Lebanese private law from Université St-Joseph (Lebanon), a master’s degree in French private law from Université de Lyon (France), an LL.B. in private law and a D.E.S.S. in commercial law from Université de Montréal (Canada).
Kamal Comair
Kamal Comair is a seasoned executive with expertise in manufacturing, trading, and cosmetics. As Executive Director at GET Holding and Wakeup Cosmetics Milano, he leads in strategy, negotiation, and operations. His roles at GESPA and INDEVCO drove growth and innovation in procurement and global trade, while earlier positions at Valeo and B. Braun Medical S.A. focused on cost optimization and system improvements.
Specializing in financial analysis, M&A, and supply chain management, Kamal holds an MBA from INSEAD and a DEA from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
Jean Rayes
Jean is a Senior Investment Analyst with a specialty in real estate. Jean has 13 years’ experience in real estate development, general contracting, and real estate investment strategies in all sectors of the industry. Jean holds an Meng from Imperial College London.
Jean-Marie Gibeily
Jean-Marie is a senior investment advisor at Tree Capital, he currently assists on the firm’s private deal initiatives, where he helps, source and assess new investment opportunities. Jean-Marie enjoys more than 7 years of experience in the investment field, with a specific focus on private transactions. Jean-Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint-Joseph University, Lebanon, and a double Master’s degree from EDHEC Business School in Nice, France (Grande Ecole Program, financial economics track)
Jennifer Haddad
Jennifer has around 4 years of investment banking experience which allowed her to expand her knowledge and expertise in the financial market. Jennifer started her career as an associate / analyst in a securitization firm based in Beirut where she concentrated on asset fund management. During her experience, she developed skills in financial modeling and valuation in various industries. Jennifer holds a BBA from the Notre Dame University (NDU) in Lebanon.
David Ashjian
David joined the team as an Investment Analyst in January 2022. His previous experience includes Equity and Investment analysis, Wealth Management, and Corporate Banking and spans 7 years, working in both the banking and reinsurance brokerage sectors where he honed his valuation methodology and research techniques to provide accurate and timely insight on different financial instruments and allowed him to gain exposure to both public and private equity opportunities.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the American University of Beirut and is currently pursuing his MBA degree from Ecole Superieure des Affaires.
